Where are you located?: Ricky and Crystal Images is located in Conyers, Ga but we provide photographic coverage throughout the United States
Do you offer digitals and print services?: Yes, we provide you with two versions of your session to include both full resolution and social media size files. We also provide you a complimentary Online Gallery where prints can be order by you and your online guest. For Special Events we also offer on-site printing!
How early do you recommend booking a photographer?: Popular photographers book early. Most of my weddings are book a year in advance. For weddings, once you secure a venue, book your photographer. I would recommend booking your photographer for an engagement session so you can get a good feel of what your wedding day coverage will look and feel like. For private events, schedule once you have your date and venue set. Personal photo sessions can be booked with as little as 48hrs notice.
How Much Do You Charge?: Our Special Events start at $450. and our Wedding Coverage starts at $1295. We like to get to know more about your event to give you an exact quote. When you are interested in our services, we send out a brief questionnaire to learn more about your photography needs. We provide a quote based on that information.
Do you work with another photographer?: Ricky and Crystal Images is a husband-and-wife photography team. We provide a His and Her photography experience to give you all the coverage you need. On your wedding day, "He covers Him and She covers Her!"
Do you edit all of our images?: We try to shoot camera perfect, so your images are ready to view immediately, however we still touch every single image to bring you the best quality possible.
Do you also provide video services?: We strive to provide our clients with the best service possible. Instead of focusing on multiple offerings, we spend our time mastering and staying current with still photography. We do however provide quality referrals so our clients will have the vendors needed to make their event.
How long after our event before we can get our digital images?: Wedding coverage images are posted online within 4 weeks of your event. We ask for that time so we can exceed your expectation by delivering in a much shorter time. We will provide you a sneak peek in the meantime so you will have a little less anxiety. We understand and we try to keep you smiling while you wait.

Portrait sessions and Special Events are delivered in a week to two weeks respectively.
